Course Description Together with the teaching practices course, the students will be informed about the current developments related to the integration of educational environments in our country and in the world, and models will be introduced to support teachers’ effective teaching skills and instructional adaptation skills for individuals with special needs. In addition, it will be ensured that these teaching models are introduced, and that they gain competencies about the application steps and results. In the literature, the conceptual structure, application processes and differences of the six different teaching models of co-teaching will be emphasized. field literature studies will be included. The researches in which the models are applied together or individually will be examined and the contribution of the teaching practices to the professional sharing between general education teachers and special education teachers working in mainstream environments will be discussed and the effectiveness of both teachers on instructional adaptation and effective teaching skills will be discussed. Course Description With this course, students, families of children with special needs from the moment they meet the inadequacy of children’s adaptation stages; The aim of the course is to develop the competencies for planning, implementing and evaluating family education sessions by considering the adaptation stages to the child, society, family members and individual lives. In order to transfer the knowledge and skills taught to the child from the school environment to the home environment, it will be ensured that family trainings aiming for the family members to learn the principles and application processes of applied behavior analysis will be provided.

Course Description Students who take the lessons of young children between 0-8 years of age (infancy, preschool and early childhood) who have special needs by informing and empowering them to train teachers who believe in the necessity of their profession, face-to-face education, research, interactive lesson discussions, internet based researches will be able to fulfill the responsibilities of the course by observing children in their natural environment and using assessment scales with guest speakers, videos and films. The aim of the course is to enable the special education teachers working in early childhood to maximize their learning and development levels by using the knowledge and skills they need.

Course Description Students will be introduced to the current developments in the development of integration based educational environments in our country and in the world, and models will be introduced to support teachers’ effective teaching skills and instructional adaptation skills for individuals with special needs. In addition, it will be ensured that these teaching models are introduced, and that they gain competencies about the application steps and results. According to the universal design principle, related literature will be included on the fact that it is an effective model for individuals with special needs to continue their general education environments together with their peers. The researches in which the models are applied together or individually will be examined and the contribution of the teaching practices to the professional sharing between general education teachers and special education teachers working in mainstream environments will be discussed and the effectiveness of both teachers on instructional adaptation and effective teaching skills will be discussed.
