In addition, it will be ensured that these teaching models are introduced, and that they gain competencies about the application steps and results. In the literature, the conceptual structure, application processes and differences of the six different teaching models of co-teaching will be emphasized. field literature studies will be included. The researches in which the models are applied together or individually will be examined and the contribution of the teaching practices to the professional sharing between general education teachers and special education teachers working in mainstream environments will be discussed and the effectiveness of both teachers on instructional adaptation and effective teaching skills will be discussed. | Course Description | Students will be introduced to the current developments in the development of integration based educational environments in our country and in the world, and models will be introduced to support teachers’ effective teaching skills and instructional adaptation skills for individuals with special needs. In addition, it will be ensured that these teaching models are introduced, and that they gain competencies about the application steps and results. According to the universal design principle, related literature will be included on the fact that it is an effective model for individuals with special needs to continue their general education environments together with their peers. The researches in which the models are applied together or individually will be examined and the contribution of the teaching practices to the professional sharing between general education teachers and special education teachers working in mainstream environments will be discussed and the effectiveness of both teachers on instructional adaptation and effective teaching skills will be discussed. |
